As a progressive family owned and operated company, we are searching for a motivated, and experienced person to lead and implement our Marketing efforts across our businesses. You can expect to enjoy working within an award-winning group of companies, with genuine values centered around our team and our customers.

Reporting to the CEO's and working directly with the Company Directors, the wide-ranging responsibilities include:

Continually developing the representation of our franchise brands to our customer base including advertising plans and content, website co-ordination/development, social media activity & occasional event planning.
Executing our existing Customer communication plans with collaboration from the CRM Manager
Designing, executing, and monitoring new plans for engaging communications with our customers
Management of a marketing Co-Ordinator who reports to this role to assist in delivering our marketing objectives.

An eye for detail is essential, and as a naturally motivated person you will enjoy leading this role from strategy and planning, right through to creation and execution.

We are considering applicants with:

A minimum of 3 years' experience in a senior marketing role
Experience with a range of marketing and communication products.
A proven record for successful leadership in marketing.

As a result of business growth, this is a new role to be based at our Rangiora Toyota dealership; however we invite interest from all applicants who may consider either working from home or being based at one of our other sites.
