- Ensure the achievement of productive, quality and cost-effective aims established in full compliance with provisions and policies in matters of safety, environment and product's safety; ISO 9001 Quality System.
- Collaborate with the production teams in the process of permanent improvement in matters of productive efficiency; production costs; energy and raw materials consumption; environmental impact
- Support the Operations Manager in the formulation of budget proposals related to production and maintenance costs
- Liaise with the other depts. in order to maximise productivity, efficiency and service to clients
- Check and manage production and maintenance costs
- Guarantee the correct management and maintenance of plants
- Guarantee optimisation of energy consumption and exploitation of raw materials
- Check and validate production reports
- Experience in an engineering or manufacturing environment
- A relevant degree or equivalent experience
- Experience with checking and validating production reports
- Experience in dealing with matters of safety, environment and product's safety
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to prioritise and problem solve
- Attractive starting salary of £35,000.00 to £40,000.00 pa DOE
- Permanent Contract
