- Managing all orders site wide.
- Converting incoming orders into jobs for the production team in a timely manner
- Planning the orders for the day and distributing to the production team
- Working from 2 ERP systems
- Understanding and managing the OTIF and budgetary requirements
- Speaking to customers and companies on the phone and on Teams
- Regularly speaking to the sales & supply chain departments to plan the orders for the machines and the operators.
- Attending meetings - via teams and face to face For this Planning role, we are looking for some one that is energetic, confident, and outgoing along with:
- Planning experience within manufacturing
- Experience of Fulfilment and/or Warehouse Administration is vital
- Confident telephone manner and able to converse with operators to directors.
- Able to work under pressure and manage busy periods.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Packages (Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook)
- Able and willing to work in an office environment but can also go on the shop floor when required.
- Familiarity with supply chain systems and operations is a must.
- Excellent communication skills - written and oral
- Right to work in the UK This is an ongoing role covering and offers:

- 14 months + duration
