- It is preferred that the candidate has previous experience as a Business Support Officer
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Able to multi-task and demonstrate a flexible approach to workload management to ensure various administrative tasks are completed in order of priority
- Confident with IT applications such as MS Word and MS Excel
- Able to learn and utilise different databases
- Mush have a solution focused approach
- Provide high quality, consistent, efficient and effective support services within agreed timescales
- Support various operational and business management teams
- Provide minute-taking support to various service areas (desirable but training can be provided)
- Support diary management, including planning and facilitating meetings and events
- Undertake any other duties commensurate with the level of responsibility of this post
- Deliver support services that ensure high customer satisfaction
- Work effectively as a member of the Business Support Team and collaborate with colleagues where required
- Co-ordinate and supervise the day-to-day admin support provision.
