    In EMEA, Netflix is headquartered in Amsterdam.

    The Finance, Strategy & Analysis (FS&A) function plays a pivotal role in developing Netflix's strategy and supporting its execution.

    We are seeking an Associate for our EMEA Studio Strategy team based in London. The Netflix Studio is the largest studio in the world, overseeing the production of Netflix original series and films.

    Studio Strategy is a high-impact group within the wider Studio Finance organization that works on strategic initiatives that cut across functions and markets.

    We partner with EMEA leaders across all areas of Production (production management, innovation, talent development, facilities), as well as wider Finance, Content and Legal teams.

    We provide strategic guidance on essential business decisions about how our content gets made, and ensure the Studio has the resources and operating models to deliver its long-term objectives.

    You will be responsible for providing support and analysis across the breadth of work provided by the team.

    This role will be based in Netflix's London office but will collaborate with teams across the EMEA region, as well as global stakeholders.

    Develop strategic principles and frameworks to influence decision making across the EMEA Studio
    Evaluate key business drivers and trends, support metric and dashboard development and provide reporting on operational performance
    Regularly create and deliver insightful presentations that summarize analyses in an easy-to-understand format for stakeholders
    Undertake special projects / analysis for Studio leadership and other senior business leaders
    Build strong relationships with a broad set of cross-functional stakeholders, including teams across Production, Production Finance, Content, Data Science, Legal, Policy and Risk
    Project manage studio strategy initiatives and provide tactical support such as facilitating workshops and supporting working groups
    High aptitude and enthusiasm for complex problem solving and experience conducting quantitative and qualitative analysis to generate insights using data
    ~ Excellent communication skills and the ability to present complex analysis to executives/senior management clearly and concisely
    ~ A self-motivated, disciplined and flexible approach, able to work independently in a changing environment
    ~ A commitment to embrace and advocate for inclusion, including demonstrated cross-cultural understanding and intelligence

    Prior experience or understanding of content production is a plus, but not essential
    Excellent proficiency with MS Excel / PowerPoint and/or Google equivalents
    Bachelor's degree with strong academic performance
