    Highly Specialist Speech and Language Therapist, Band - Adults (0.We have an exciting new vacancy in BCUHB East Speech and Language Therapy adult team working 3 days per week (22.You will work with adult inpatients in Wrexham Maelor hospital, with a particular focus on care of the elderly/frailty/medical wards but with opportunities in other service areas such as community outpatients in line with your clinical skills and interests.
    This is an opportunity for an experienced, dynamic and highly motivated Speech and Language Therapist.

    We are looking for a clinical specialist who can support and develop SLTs and TIs, represent SLT within the MDT and help to drive the future development of our inpatient services.

    You will be part of the friendly and supportive BCUHB East Adult Speech and Language Therapy team where there is a wide range of expertise and experience.

    You will join a growing team of Speech and Language Therapists and technical instructors. There are regular cross team CPD and training opportunities as you continue to develop your clinical skills. There is access to regular therapist-led and MDT clinics including Videofluoroscopy and FEES.

    oRecognised qualification degree / equivalent in S& lt oHCPC registered oPost graduate study relevant to clinical area at Masters level or equivalent demonstrable experience at this level oAble to demonstrate continuing professional development e.g.

    up to date, relevant CPD portfolio. oMembership of appropriate clinical network group
    oOther professional or academic qualification which relates to clinical practice
