    The animal health team at knoell are looking for a Regulatory Affairs Associate who will reportto the Team Leader Regulatory Affairs. This role will include a wide range of regulatory and administrative responsibilities such as:

    YOUR TASKS
    • Providing information on regulatory procedures and strategy internally and to clients, with regard to animal health products
    • Planning and managing pre- and post-authorisation applications for veterinary medicinal products and feed additives on behalf of clients
    • Preparing and submitting regulatory documentation to the European Competent Authorities via the Common EU Submission Portal (CESP), the Union Product Database (UPD), UK Veterinary Medicines Digital Service (VMDS), EMA Gateway and/or the e-submission food chain (ESFC) platform, in the required formats
    • Reviewing and editing Product Information (PI) texts as well as reviewing product labelling mock-ups
    • Liaison with client companies and regulatory authorities
    • Supporting Project Managers
    • Preparing business proposals
    • Other tasks as directed by the Team Leader Regulatory Affairs or Managing Director
    YOUR PROFILE
    • A degree (or equivalent qualification) in Science
    • Fluent in English language
    • Minimum of 12 months experience in working in regulatory affairs
    • Strong organisational skills, able to prioritise and plan a varied workload
    • Efficient and responsive, with strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Excellent attention to detail
    • Proficiency with the following software: MS Office - Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint; Adobe Acrobat
