Contentious Financial Services Regulatory Lawyer 6+ PQE (Senior Associate-Legal Director), Manchester:Vasto Legal Recruitment are working exclusively with a highly regarded national law firm with a growing presence in Manchester and an aim to grow the financial services litigation practice nationwide.
We are looking for a senior Lawyer with Financial Services Litigation experience (ideally contentious regulatory experience) to play a key role in supporting the team and firms growth in the Manchester office.
At present, this is a small and growing team that offers a Senior Lawyer a rare opportunity to work directly with established and highly reputable Partners with backgrounds from top City firms.
There is a great deal of high-quality FS/Banking/Regulatory litigation work coming through a senior member is required, but this position goes beyond servicing work and is a rare opportunity to play a key role in supporting the growth of a team, being an advocate for the firm, being client-facing and much more.

As such, the firm continues to grow and attract Lawyers from leading law firms nationwide.We require an individual with strong and high-quality litigation experience (ideally 6+ years post-qualified) in the banking / financial services sector.
You may not need to have pure contentious regulatory experience, but some experience in this space will definitely be required and training/upskilling is certainly offered.
The team are looking for a motivated and commercially-minded individual - a Lawyer with the ambition to progress, with high-quality work experience, and someone interested in working closely with the Partners to support this ambition.
70k-£125k (depending on level of PQE and experience - £100k+ at LD level) + excellent bonus + excellent benefits
