    We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and engaging People & Culture Partner to join our dynamic team based in London.

    As a People & Culture Partner, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing HR strategies to support our employees and drive our company culture forward.

    This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual who is passionate about fostering a positive work environment and helping employees thrive.

    Act as a trusted advisor and partner to managers and employees, providing guidance and support on various HR matters Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive performance management and talent development initiatives
    Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
    Conduct employee engagement surveys and analyse results to identify areas for improvement
    Provide coaching and guidance to managers on employee relations issues, performance management, and conflict resolution
    Build talent capability through performance management, succession planning, career pathing, skill & talent development
    Support the development and delivery of training and development programs

    Experience of leading and delivering change and transformation projects, including Mergers and Acquisitions
    Flexible personal style, proven ability to influence at all levels of an organisation and challenge thinking in an appropriate, useful way
    Process, data driven yet comfortable operating with unknowns/emerging priorities
    Project Management and Business Partnering skills
    Excellent IT skills (advanced Excel and PowerPoint) HRIS knowledge
    Flexibility for occasional travel if required
