    Description

    We are searching for a Conduct Risk Manager to join a large consultancy firm on a contract basis.

    This is a temporary role with an expected duration of 6-9 months. The consultancy firm has a significant workload related to retail financial services clients focusing on consumer duty and vulnerable customers. The Conduct Risk Manager will assist these clients in determining necessary strategies, adjustments to products/operations/contact centers from a conduct risk standpoint.

    The position will involve managing junior team members, thus encompassing some managerial responsibilities.

    This role offers the flexibility of primarily remote work, welcoming candidates from anywhere in the UK. Occasional travel to client sites is required, typically once a week, with client locations mainly in London, and some in other areas like Nottingham and Manchester.

    Key Requirements:

    • Solid expertise in Conduct Risk, encompassing consumer duty, and vulnerable customers
    • Background in Retail Financial Services, preferably in banking or insurance, with a focus on conduct within this sector
    • Prior experience in supervising junior team members
