- Coordinating all aspects of the recruitment activity.
- Ensuring accurate and timely logging of vacancy requests
- Posting vacancies on our recruitment platform
- Sifting and shortlisting applications, scheduling interviews and assisting with preparing interview packs
- Supporting at interviews and assessment centres
- Attending job fairs
- Creating and maintaining a bank of quality interview questions and literature to support effective recruitment.
- Maintaining contact with Line Managers to update them on progress on their vacancies and make them aware of our requirements to successfully progress their request to recruit.
- Supporting the HR Business Partner in recruitment for new homes and mobilisations of projects.
- Collaborating with the Shaw Trust Resourcing team to share best practice and soundboard ideas.
- Have prior recruitment experience working within the care industry
- Be self-motivated with excellent organisational skills
- Experienced in sourcing candidates using online recruitment tools, job boards and social media channels
- Be an effective team player, proactive in supporting others where needed
- Be able to work on your own initiative and contribute ideas to better working practices
- Have a full UK driving license with access to your own vehicle

Talent Acquisition Advisor (Children's Residential Homes)
Location: Remote working but you must be flexible to travel to homes and events when needed as per needs of the business.
Salary: Up to £35,000 depending on experience.

Providing a home to over 100 children, we have nearly 40 locations across the country and are a provider of choice for local authorities.
Due to continued growth at Homes2Inspire we are expanding our HR team and are looking for a Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our small and supportive team. As the Talent Acquisition Advisor you will play a critical role in attracting and selecting qualified and dedicated individuals who will contribute to the wellbeing and development of the children and young people in our services. This role requires a deep understanding of the Children's Home Regulations and safer recruitment principles to find suitable candidates for roles with vulnerable children and young people.
