Cooper Accounting are seeking an experienced Client Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in our firm's success.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a portfolio of self-assessment and limited company clients.
Oversee the work of junior staff, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
Ensure accuracy and compliance in all accounting processes and documentation.
Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
-Assist in converting clients to cloud software.
-Completion and submission of annual accounts, VAT returns, and CT600s.
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within a practice setting.
Minimum of AAT qualification or equivalent is required.
Strong technical knowledge of accounting principles and regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Familiarity with various cloud accounting systems such as Xero.
Must be eligible to work in the U.K.
