    Family Solicitor or CILEx – Hybrid (London)

    We are a well-respected and dynamic law firm dedicated to providing exceptional legal services to our clients and promoting a positive and supportive work environment for our employees.

    The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support by taking initial instructions from clients and assessing the merits of your client's cases calculating their eligibility for legal aid, providing legal support to the Supervisor, including drafting documents, conducting legal research and managing case files.

    Represent clients in court and at local authority
    Complete Legal Aid applications
    Ensure all files are submitted for billing in a timely manner
    Develop working relationships with professionals within the legal field
    Experience in Legal Aid Family Law
