    The Role

    As a Unit Supervisor for Tenpin, you will be responsible for ensuringour customers have a great time when they visit us The ideal Unit Supervisorwill be driven, passionate and have a natural ability to create a fun environmentfor both our customers and team.

    You will be part of the management team and help to lead the day-to-dayoperation of our centre including the development and growth of our people,sales and profits. You will:

  • Assumeday-to-day responsibility for the operational management of the unit
  • Strive toachieve a culture that is totally focused on delivering excellent customerservice
  • Constantlyalert to all sales opportunities and promote this culture within the centre.
  • Deputise inthe absence of the Deputy Manager and General Manager
  • To supportthe interpretation of Tenpin corporate strategy and core values
  • To be ableto demonstrate an understanding of the business and be able to implement shortterm objectives
  • Providesupport to the team in various departments as and when required
  • Takeresponsibility for ensuring that all policies, procedures, controls, andcompliance areas are adhered to on a day-to-day basis

    • Skills You Need

  • Have aminimum of 12 months experience in a supervisor role, ideally within leisure,hospitality, or retail
  • Passionateabout delivering exceptional customer service
  • Haveexperience in leading large teams
  • Full ofdetermination, enthusiasm, and patience
  • Be ambitiousand want to progress
  • Fullyflexible and highly adaptable to change
