ABOUT AGRATAS:
Agratas is a global battery business within the Tata Group. We design, develop and manufacture high-quality, high-performance, sustainable battery solutions for multiple applications to match our customers' requirements.

PROJECT MANAGER - MEP DESIGNThe role will be part of the Capital Projects Management Team who are accountable for implementing the buildings and infrastructure programme required to support Agratas' ambitious plans.

We are looking to fill a number of roles in the areas listed below, with all roles requiring a mix of strong operational capability and commercial acumen.

Development & DesignInfrastructure Delivery (including 3rd party works and construction logistics)

Building DeliveryFit Out DeliveryKey Duties & Responsibilities:

Develop detailed project plans, including scope, goals, deliverables, schedules, and resource allocation, in alignment with project requirements and organizational objectives.

Lead project kick-off meetings, set project expectations, and ensure understanding of project goals and roles among team members.
Manage communications with stakeholders, project team members and contractors as well as deliverables associated with large MEP packages.
Ensure projects remain within budget, managing the financial aspects including contracts, change orders and any disputes.
Ensure compliance with corporate governance as required.
Secure all necessary permits, licenses and consents to enable project delivery.

Provide accurate estimation and predictability of programme costs and timing whilst ensuring cost efficiency / VfM (Value for Money) of the work packages and projects within the build programme.

Develop, promote and maintain a safety culture to deliver excellent health and safety performance that meet targets on allocated projects.

Ensure appropriate monitoring and controlling of projects performance and provide timely and accurate data reporting.
Evaluate and implement lessons learned for continuous improvement.

Qualifications and Experience:
Background in construction, ideally in MEP or similar field.
Strong project execution and a reputation for delivering on commitments.

Experience managing large-scale construction design projects in various sectors including batteries, pharma, R&D, hospitals, large-scale manufacturing, aerospace, Semi-Conductors, Specialized Environments, or other large factory builds.

Ability to adapt to a dynamic, evolving environment, where processes and structures are being established.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and collaborate with diverse stakeholdersBachelor's degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering, or equivalent.
