    Default job background
    Full time
    Description

Our ideal practice manager is a strong, empathetic communicator, instills confidence into our team and our

clients, likes to have fun and enjoys their work. They are keen readers, enjoy developing, learning and sharing

    experiences.

They are physically fit and exercise regularly. They are interested in health, sport and have strong family values.

Our team clearly understands the mindset, fears, and concerns of our clients and rehabs them using a

combination of manual therapy and exercise based treatment protocols. We like to help our team develop and

achieve their career and personal goals.

To ensure the smooth day to day running of our busy physiotherapy practice, being responsible for targets and

ensuring standards are being met by all employees. Success in this role will be measured on specific KPI's

being hit as well as customer satisfaction and the continued revenue growth of the clinic. You will be directly

responsible for internal procedures being documented, ensuring that company culture is continuously

improved and rituals and meetings are adhered to.

Top 3-5 Results for the Position:

    1. Ensure company weekly, monthly and quarterly KPI's are collected and reported to the practice owner with

    a written summary

    2. Develop and regularly update our systems, policies and procedures (to be accessed across multi-sites if needed as we

    grow)

    3. Company values adhered to – daily/weekly/monthly company meetings happen on time every time

    4. Performance manage the team - including one on one performance reviews with relevant team members

    5. Top grade the organisation – significant involvement in the hiring (and firing) of team members

    The Role:

Because we are growing, we are looking for a full-time practice/operations manager to join our team. You

will be reporting directly to the practice owner/founder and assisting with the day-to-day running of the

operational side of the clinic. You must be able to work in a fast- paced environment and demonstrate

extraordinary attention to detail – as well as having a proven track record of being able to performance

manage other people. If you need your hand holding, to be told what to do, you're forgetful or you need to

be organized by someone else, this is NOT for you.

If you LOVE being the pivotal person in a busy team, you enjoy building out processes and workflows, you're

good with people and you want to join a team that works together, appreciates and supports each other and

ENJOYS hard work, then we need to talk...

The right person is likely to have been supervising/managing a team for at least two years - and feels that

now is the right time to step up to a role that has significant growth and career opportunities as we continue

    to expand.

You will be responsible for managing a team of currently 10 staff (and rising) ensuring company KPI's are hit

and that all internal-procedures are documented, continually developed and adhered to by staff - as-well as

ensure that company culture is improved and daily rituals are maintained.

Optimal Physio is a rapidly growing Physiotherapy Clinic that has experienced rapid growth in the last few
