- Set up and maintain the Arts & Crafts area to create an inviting space for children
- Ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for all children under your care
- Plan and execute a variety of creative activities appropriate for different age groups
- Provide safety instructions and monitor equipment usage
- Collaborate with team members during sessions
- Supervise children throughout the day, including breaks and lunch times
- Encourage active participation and display prototypes
- Ensure maximum utilization of resources for activities
- Collaborate with other Instructors if necessary
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and equipment
- Prior experience in Arts and Crafts
- Minimum age of 18
- Eligibility to work in the UK
- Positive, organized, and excellent communication skills
- Enhanced DBS check and completion of necessary training
- Ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations
- Organize age-appropriate activities as per qualifications
- Promote active participation in activities
- Maintain safe behavior of children
- Follow camp procedures and support colleagues
- Assist with allocated duties
- Be a role model for healthy habits and child welfare
- Report any Child Protection concerns
- Adapt activities for children with special needs
- Participate in Skills Builder sessions if required
- Support swimming sessions if needed

Arts & Crafts Instructor - Summer Camp
Location: Norwich, Norfolk
Working Hours: 08:30 – 17:30
Salary Range: £412.00 – £559.17 per week, dependent on age, experience, and qualifications. (Salary levels for 2023 contracts to be issued on February Half Term basis. 2024 salary levels effective from 1st April.)
