- Ensure a safe and enjoyable environment following policies and procedures
- Plan and conduct engaging sessions based on training received
- Provide safety instructions and supervise equipment usage
- Meet children's needs through active supervision
- Complete session-related paperwork accurately
- Encourage maximum participation
- Collaborate with other staff members
- Check and maintain equipment regularly
- Ensure general welfare and safeguarding
- Lead Motor Mania skills builder course
- Keep the site tidy and pack away equipment
- Safely use provided equipment
- Complete the FREE 1-day Multi Activity course before starting
- Minimum age of 18
- Eligible to work in the UK
- Provide satisfactory references
- Be enthusiastic, caring, organized, and communicative
- Obtain an enhanced DBS check
- Participate in a Virtual Assessment Event if new to Barracudas
- Complete Online Training annually
- Attend Induction Training Day before the first working season
- Assist with camp pack up
- Ensure Health and Safety obligations are met
- Organize suitable activities within your qualifications and skills
- Encourage children to try new activities
- Ensure children behave safely and follow camp guidelines
- Follow camp systems and guidelines diligently
- Be a positive role model and prioritize children's welfare
- Report any child protection concerns
- Accommodate children with additional needs
- Deliver Skills Builder sessions if required
- Support swimming sessions if needed
- Perform various tasks as needed

Salary: £405.69 – £530.76 per week depending on age, experience, and qualifications (2023 wage level for February Half Term Contracts, 2024 wage level effective from April 1st)
Reportable to: Camp Senior Team, Area Manager, and Central Office. Barracudas prioritize the safety and well-being of children and expect all staff to share this commitment.
