    Job Description

    Are you an experienced Pension Communications Consultant looking for the next step in your career? Then this could be the role for you Working within a small yet highly successful Communications team within a larger Pension and Actuarial firm your will be responsible for providing communication and engagement services to a range of external clients. This is a senior position within the team which will involve both client and team management responsibilities.

    The main purpose of the role will include:

    • Client Management, working in partnership with larger clients to understand their employee's needs, design, deliver and implement engagement strategies and provide ongoing management of the strategy.
    • People Management, line management and workflow management responsibilities for the consultancy specialists.
    • Working with colleagues within the wider business to help introduce the Comms team to new or existing clients in a business development capacity, working on written invitation to tender documents and presenting to clients and prospects.

    This is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to join well established firm within a varied role which will give you the opportunity to work within a management capacity as well as adding to the strategic direction and overall success of the Communication and Engagement team as a whole.
