- Update sales activities in CRM system.
- Analyze sales performance based on KPIs.

- Participate in trade events to foster customer relations.
- Ensure compliance with product quality standards.
- Manage administrative tasks effectively.
- Coordinate with various departments at head office.
- Ensure customers receive high-quality product training.
- Full and clean driving license.
- Prior sales and customer service experience.
- Experience in delivering training.
- Ability to devise sales strategies and utilize metrics.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Positive attitude and ability to close deals.
- Independence in decision-making.
- Proficiency in Health and Safety and Fire Safety topics is a plus.
- Salary: £38,000 basic + OTE + car and fuel card
- Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday
- Location: Field-based in Scotland and North of England
- Duration: Permanent position
