    Description
    My client is a successful Directly Authorised Independent Mortgage Brokerage. The firms clients are both UK and internationally based, they are often of a HNW nature.

    The company are currently looking for an additional Mortgage Administrator (handling Residential and BTL cases) to join their established team based within their City of London office.

    The working hours within this position are Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 17:00pm.

    This is a hybrid role whereby the successful candidate would work from a prime located City of London office on Monday's, Tuesday's, Thursday's and Friday's.

    Whilst you will have the opportunity to work from home on Wednesday's of each week.
    Keying Mortgage applications into the different lenders systems – This will include both residential and BTL mortgage cases

    • Providing administrative support to the Mortgage Brokers
    • Detailing all conversations and actions taken in the CRM System. Also becoming familiar with the mortgage sourcing system that is used.
    • Mortgage Administration experience gained within the independent market, ensuring that you are familiar with multiple lenders mortgage products and online portals/platforms
    • Excellent English written skills and telephone manner, must have experience in dealing with all types of clients from different backgrounds
    • Must demonstrate technical ability and be confident with mortgage case terminology
    • The successful candidate will receive a competitive basic salary of up to £32,000 which is negotiable based upon skill-set/role experience. A pension scheme, plus benefits including a bonus scheme which is based upon the business' performance and growth. These bonuses are paid quarterly and equate to an additional 10% to 20% of your annual salary. Team members consistently also receive a company Christmas bonus worth another £2,000 each year.
