Key Responsibilities for Legal Secretary
General secretarial / administrative duties such as preparation of correspondence, dealing with incoming and outgoing post, filing, photocopying, printing, drafting documents, performing detailed diary managementAccurate touch-typing Communicating with clients over the phone and over email to keep them appraised of progressManaging matters on case management system
As a legal secretary
Previous secretarial experience within legal conveyancing but lack secretarial experienceHighly accurate touch typistExperience in the use of Microsoft Office to include Word and Excel will be essentialAn organised, positive individual with a can-do attitude that is able to multitask
The Salary £22,000The Hours:
Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm
