    WHAT TO EXPECT

    JLR are actively in pursuit of an accomplished Digital Product Owner to play a key role in the Commercial function. Your main focus will be to implement and deliver a brand-new work management tool (Adobe Workfront) within the JLR Commercial & Marketing function.

    You will be working alongside the wider web, marketing and Commercial technology teams to deliver Digital projects, products and initiatives benefitting both internal stakeholders and external users and customers.

    Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities

  • Act as expert user for digital services, proactively working with internal and external stakeholders to understand business requirements and user needs.
  • Create and maintain a holistic understanding of the interdependencies and interrelations within products, services and business processes.
  • Own and communicate the vision for digital products to delivery teams and stakeholders.
  • Shape the future direction of our digital products and services ensuring they meet customer expectations and requirements.
  • Work closely with internal and third-party Business Analysts and SMEs to document high and low-level requirements and write user stories.
  • Work with external development teams and internal project teams to ensure direction for digital product development is clear and understood by all.
  • Contribute to the development of the broader Commercial digital product strategy and roadmap.
  • Managing all phases of projects/change requests: planning, execution, monitoring and closure including communications

    • WHAT YOU'LL NEED

    Essential:

  • Proven experience in implementing and deploying a platform/program such as Adobe Workfront/Asana/Airtable/ Dragon.
  • Demonstrable experience in cross-organisational prioritisation of requirements with multiple stakeholders, as well as training and running workshops.
  • Experience of working with digital delivery agencies
  • Experience of AGILE delivery methodology both within project management and web development
  • Knowledge of end-to-end business functions
  • Solution driven, able to make pragmatic decisions balancing effort versus benefit.
