    Description
    This is an exciting and rare opportunity to join us as an Associate Level Artist.

    This role plays a pivotal part in leading the studio to create photorealist digital marketing content, showcasing proposed buildings, landscapes, interiors or products for client projects.

    Our primary clients include architects and real estate developers.

    ResponsibilitiesLead the studio of artists to produce high quality visualisations that meet client briefsFull creative responsibility for multiple projects running concurrentlyAlways be aware of budgets & timeframes and manage these appropriatelyCommunicate with confidence, authority and expertise to a range of audiencesProvide creative leadership both internally and externallyResolve problems and issues that ariseAttend and participate in management meetingsBe involved in key strategic decision makingDrive and develop business processes to maximise studio outputParticipate in the recruitment process for new ArtistsUnderstand and influence the commercial performance of the businessMaintain a broad understanding of the Archviz industry and developments within itUnderstand and influence how we can use technology to the best effectWork with Project Managers to ensure resourcing on projects is optimalEngage in correspondence with client/design teamMentor the growth and development of Artists at all levelsProvide honest constructive feedback to other ArtistsDevelop new techniques and introduce new toolsOwn personal Learning & Development and recording thisPrepare learning material for Friday showcase sessions and seminarsRequirementsExtensive experience of leading Archviz teams to deliver high quality visual contentSignificant experience of leading complex projects from concept to final deliveryPrevious exposure and influence in the commercial performance of a businessDemonstrable experience of managing challenging situations to a successful outcomeOutstanding written and verbal communication skillsExperience of mentoring and nurturing artists at all levelsA positive team player able to motivate, support and reassureExcllent 3dsmax experience is essentialExtensive Corona knowledgeStrong understanding and experience of Microsoft Office and Google WorkspaceBenefitsBonus Scheme:
