    As a Senior Business Analyst working within the Operations and Regulatory Technology Team you will be responsible to deliver change on a broad spectrum of regulatory technology projects of varying sizes.

    Partnering with the Regulatory Reporting team as well as other impacted stakeholders, you will be instrumental in agreeing and implementing changes to our operating model to ensure we continue to meet our regulatory requirements.

    You will be responsible for completed detailed analysis that requires sourcing and interrogating data from JHI's data platforms.

    Using both Agile and Waterfall project methodologies, you will work as part of a team to delivery change covering the full project Lifecyle from project initiation through to test execution and Go Live.

    Within the wider Technology team, you will also be working closely with Product Owners and Scrum Masters to ensure correct resources are allocated to the project, any risk / issues are communicated and escalated correctly.

    Proven business analysis and operating model design skills across the asset management industry, specifically within a regulatory technology environment

    Experience working with the business stakeholders, project managers, data analysts, data architects and developers to define solutions and implement change.

    Proficiency in SQL to analyse data and investigate stored procedures.

    Ability to analyse high-level requirements and translate these to overall detailed system-level design to be used for architectural design, cost / benefit analysis, and solution development.

    Experience of Agile and Waterfall project methodologies, with a good understanding of the pros and cons of each.

    Independently lead workstream efforts and work closely with the project manager/scrum master to deliver communication to key stakeholders including preparation of pre and post meeting documentation.

    Ensure project reporting responsibilities are met including managing and escalating risks & issues that may prevent the successful delivery of projects through the appropriate channels.

    Good understanding of outsourcing middle office activities to third party administrators
    Knowledge of the typical infrastructure components and data architectures that support investment management systems.
    Experience of mentoring team members in Business Analysis approaches and styles
    Project Management / Scrum Master experience
