This is an exciting time to join us and help shape the future. It's an opportunity to be part of something special.About the roleThis is an exciting new role in the DEI, Employer Brand & Recruitment Marketing and employee listening team.
The individual will provide programme management support for the team across all three of its main functions as well as be a DEI specialist.
This role reports into the Head of DEI and Employer Brand and sits in the Talent Centre of Excellence.Key responsibilitiesProvide programme management across the teams portfolio – including forward planning, budgetary management and identifying risks and contingencies.
Communicate project status, updates and key milestones to key stakeholders and leadership.
Manage the delivery of the Self-ID programme to support Haleon in understanding its colleagues from all diversity perspectives.
Develop company wide DEI programmes of work to deliver behaviour change across a global matrixed organisation.
Analyse data and metrics to assess the effectiveness of DEI initiatives and identify areas for improvement.
Serve as an expert voice and advocate on DEI related matters – including providing support and guidance for colleagues.
Qualifications and skillsProven experience in programme management with a track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
Experience of working across a DEI portfolio is essential – understanding inclusion principals and best practice.Ability to gather and interpret data from a wide range of sources and use this to drive decision making.
Experience presenting complex information to senior leaders and a range of other audiences.
