    Job Description:

    We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Keyholder to join their retail team. As a Keyholder, you will play a pivotal role in the daily operations of our store, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience for our customers. Your leadership, organizational skills, and passion for fashion will be essential in driving store performance and upholding our brand's standards.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Open and close the store, ensuring all security procedures are followed.
    • Assist in managing daily store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and maintaining a clean and organized sales floor.
    • Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with customers, addressing their needs, and offering personalized styling advice.
    • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales goals.
    • Handle cash transactions, process returns and exchanges, and maintain accurate financial records.
    • Assist in training new team members and providing ongoing support and development.
    • Ensure all company policies and procedures are adhered to, maintaining a safe and compliant work environment.

    Qualifications:

    • Previous retail experience, preferably in a supervisory or keyholder role.
    • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
    • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
    • Passion for fashion and a keen eye for style.
    • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
    • Proficiency in using retail software and POS systems is a plus.
