    About the job:

    In the role of Senior Consultant, you will besupporting Synpulse's Reinsurance clients in their usage of ReinsuranceAdministration system SICS.

    You will be responsiblefor assigned client(s) and will build an in-depth understanding of theirconfiguration of the platform in order to provide accurate advice and changes.

    You will support specific client projects andsystem upgrades activities relating to the core Reinsurance Administrationplatform, including supporting the testing activities, and providing trainingand advice where necessary.

    In this role, you will work closely with the platform users, capturing theirrequirements, providing training and guidance.

    You will also interact withinternal IT teams to support the technical aspects such as reviewing / writingthe scripts to accommodate the newly captured requirements.


    Key responsibilities:
    Gain an understandingof the processes and system usage of assigned clients.
    Actively liaise withthe platform users and support their needs.
    Work closely with theIT teams and provide support on data/scripting related tasks.
    Identify potentialbusiness process improvements.
    Identify potentialimprovements in the functionality of the Reinsurance Administration system.
    Communicateeffectively with stakeholders both internally and externally to understandtheir needs and translate these into workable models.
    Create and maintainstrong working relationships with clients.
    Train and developother team members


    About you:

    Experience required:
    Reinsuranceprocess, product and data.
    Businessanalyst.
    Projectwork.
    SICS knowledge, not only on how to use it, but also how toconfigure it.
    Technicalbackground
    Abilityto assess data via SQL querying
    Ability to analyse anddocument user requirements and create functional documentation.
    Ability to analyseapplication issues and propose solutions
    Understand all phasesof the development lifecycle.
    Excellent self organisational skills.
    Clear and concise writtenand verbal communication skills
