Job Description
As the Construction Site Manager you will assist at all times in maintaining a safe working environment within Company workplaces and applying the Company's Health & Safety Policy and all H&S aspects on site.
Key Responsibilities
•Liaise, guide and instruct sub-contractors on site.
•Liaise and communicate with professional design teams and clients as necessary.
•Attend meetings as required.
•Liaise with Directors on a weekly basis to ensure programme and targets are maintained.
•Assist in identifying variations instructed on site.
•Oversee all aspects of the onsite construction process
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
•Site Management experience with a main contractor.
•Proven experience managing sites for residential and mixed-use projects.
•Excellent time management and able to manage multiple subcontractors on site.
•Experience with structural works, ground works and high-end finishes.
•Commercially and financially aware of costing and sustainability.
•Able to build excellent working relationships.
•Team and people management skills.
•Motivated and able to engage with all levels of staff; colleagues and third parties.
•Excellent communication skills.
