    Role Summary:

    Our client is in search of an experienced Audit RI (Responsible Individual) to join their team in a senior role. The selected candidate will have the chance to step into the position of Audit Manager, Senior Manager, Associate, or potentially even Partner, based on their expertise and credentials. This position offers a great opportunity for a motivated individual to contribute to the firm's ongoing triumph and growth.

    Responsibilities:

    • Supervise and coordinate audit projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and deadlines.
    • Lead and guide audit teams, offering advice and assistance to junior team members.
    • Establish and nurture strong client relations, serving as a trusted consultant and recognizing avenues for business expansion.
    • Assess financial statements and audit reports, guaranteeing precision and compliance with professional standards.
    • Stay updated on alterations in accounting rules and industry tendencies, providing insights and suggestions to clients and peers.

    Requirements

    Requirements:

    • Qualified Chartered Accountant (ACA/ACCA or equivalent) with RI status.
    • Extensive experience in audit and assurance services within a reputable accounting firm.
    • Strong technical understanding of auditing standards and regulations.
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport with clients and colleagues.
    • Leadership qualities, with a history of leading teams and achieving outcomes.
    • Business acumen and a proactive approach to business growth.
