Our goal is to be known as a straightforward, no-nonsense operation that is easy to understand, and easy to work with.
Currently we have a new opportunity for a Site Manager to be based onsite at our Prestigious food industry clients facility to join our ever busy and expanding teamLiaise daily with the internal business units and work collaboratively with all client staff and other service providers as required
Daily management of all required work programmes in line with service level agreements (SLA's) and key performance indicators (KPI's)
Build and maintain effective and positive working relationships with the clients various business unit across the site
Drive performance improvements in customer service, operational services, and productivity through the effective management, training, and development of the Musk team onsite
To ensure that all agreed KPI targets are met and that sufficient resource is in place to deliver to the terms of the contract
To analyse stats regularly and forecast any areas of potentially poor performance and ensure corrective action plans are put in place and delivered
It's expected that the right person will be qualified within an electrical or mechanical discipline to at least through an apprenticeship level with management training (NVQ/C&G)
