    Commercial Property - Newly Qualified Solicitor - Up to 72,000 salary

    The Role

    This leading International practice is known for its high-quality work and for providing specialist quality legal advice to a broad range of businesses and individuals.

    Due to the expansion of the firm's Commercial Real Estate team, it is now seeking to appoint an additional Associate with 0-4 years PQE who will be involved in advising on all aspects of high value real estate transactions across the retail, industrial, hotel and leisure sectors.

    The firm is seeking a motivated and technically strong lawyer, who can develop relationships and easily tap into a lucrative client base.

    The Candidate

    • Real Estate Lawyer with 0-4 years post-qualification experience
    • Ideally trained or gained experience within a regional/national firm
    • Ability to work well as part of a team and on your own initiative
    • Ability to work to deadlines and manage a varied caseload
    • Excellent organisation and time-management skills
    • A passion for business development is essential
