We're excited to collaborate with this international UK Top 50 firm to recruit a Lawyer for their nationally recognized Real Estate Energy and Natural Resources team. With a diverse client base worldwide, you will work with various entities from entrepreneurial startups to established independents, utilities, financial institutions, governments, and global energy corporations. The firm has a national presence with over 150 fee earners in 8 locations, offering engaging work opportunities in the Real Estate team. The team is known for the quality and commerciality of their service, industry insight, and the talent and dedication of their team members, fostering long-lasting business relationships.

About the role

Our client is looking for a Real Estate Lawyer specializing in the energy sector. The role involves handling property matters for energy companies, such as land options for renewable energy projects and office relocation. You will engage in diverse property work, including development projects, acquisitions, and landlord-tenant matters for national and international energy clients. The team is involved in major energy infrastructure projects, providing an opportunity to work on high-value transactions and gain exposure to prominent work in the sector.

The Real Estate team is renowned for providing top-notch legal advice and is trusted by key players in the industry. Working closely with the Real Estate team, you will have ample client interaction and be responsible for building and nurturing strong relationships.

About you

We are seeking enthusiastic Real Estate lawyers with experience in quality real estate work, preferably from a reputable firm. Experience in Energy infrastructure development or related fields is desirable, along with at least 2 years' PQE. A genuine passion for this area of law is crucial, along with excellent drafting skills, commercial acumen, and a collaborative mindset to enhance client relationships. Business development skills are essential, and involvement in team growth initiatives is expected.
