    The role of REFIM Technology Manager will be in support of the Head of the Real Estate Facilities & Infrastructure Management (REFIM)Technology, and Proptech goals and initiatives of the REFIM business. Taking ownership of the Real Estate Management technologies, the REFIM Technology Manager will lead the support & development teams providing mentorship, technical training and ensure a high quality of system support and Continuous Improvement.

    The candidate must have an excellent working knowledge of the Yardi Voyager platform and or MRI suite of products, a proven track record of major implementations gained in a Property or fund management environment and ability to manage a team. Strong financial services / investment management knowledge is also required.

    The successful applicant will be required to communicate effectively with senior business representatives, specialist end users and other project stakeholders, as well as producing high quality project plans, work schedules and task lists.

    Responsibilities

    This role will work with the REFIM Product Lead (FM), REFIM Technical Project Manager, Canada Product Lead and Global Director of Development to maximize on system and team integrations wherever possible. Main duties include:

    Manage team of Direct reports responsible for System & client Support.

    o Oversee the training and development of the team to ensure all are technically up to date and that there are clear career pathways and succession planning.

    o Mentor and provide assistance to the entire Project team for issue resolution, reviewing and commenting on design documents or specifications for completeness.

    o Working with the REFIM Technology Support Manager, ensure adequate resourcing of support requirements considering critical business periods and REFIM Technology project timelines.

    Technical Management of REFIM systems

    o Participate in Roadmap design, project and resource planning, upgrade plans & other activities related to the entire suite of REFIM systems including but not limited to Yardi, MRI, Client Hosted Systems, Microsoft tools & Corporate tools such as Box and Sharepoint.

    o Ensure timely delivery of customisations, updates & implementations and assist where necessary.

    o Contribute to continuous improvement projects to enhance service delivery.

    o Using ITIL and Agile methodologies, manage continuous improvement, client request projects and issues by following standard Development practices: Initiation > Planning > Analyse & Design > Design > Development & Configuration > Testing > Deployment > Evaluation > Training to enhance service delivery.

    o Deliver clear, concise, and timely responses to complex user queries in accordance with standard procedures and act as first escalation.

    o Ensure adequate system reviews and audits are in place to monitor that the team are delivering an excellent service in line with timetables, KPI's and SLA's.

    REMS Product Lead

    o As Technical and Product lead for REMS, this role will be able to create & update reports, stored procedures, triggers and create new functional processes or applications to resolve or improve business processes. o Act as the key point of contact for Requests, migrations, updates, and future optimisation in relation to REMS Technologies.

    o Ensure system architecture is well documented and updated upon each change and Ensure adequate Training material for business users and the Technology team. Where necessary assist in the production of Training material and documentation including but not limited to: Release Notes, Process Notes, Training Videos & Podcasts etc.

    Manage Stakeholder relationships with entire REFIM business.

    o Participate in wider REFIM Technology initiatives, plans and discussions providing insight, recommendations and assist where necessary.

    Manage our Governance Structure

    o Manage the change control structure of REMS Technologies and work with the FM Product lead and Project ensure overall Program of work adhere to governance.

    o Chair of Change Board, Change Control checks and Live Deployments.

    o Other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications

    A proactive leader and team player with a can-do attitude and desire to learn:


    • 5+ years of Yardi (Voyager, Elevate/Angular) experience (essential).


    • 5+ year of experience with SQL Server database (essential).


    • Experience with reporting tools (Yardi- YSR, Filldocs & SQL Script, MRI-Dashboards, Other-Power BI - Views, DAX)


    • Experience troubleshooting Yardi Voyager issues front and back end, writing, and executing packages.


    • Experience with MRI products (desired)


    • Experience working with data & file transfer tools (API's, ETL interfaces, SFTP), Enterprise Data Warehouses, SSO environments (Okta),


    • Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Applications (Power Automate, Power APPs) (essential).


    • Accounting and Property Management experience (desired).


    • SOX/ISAE3402 and process mapping experience (desired).


    • Attention to detail coupled with the ability to scan the horizon and identify the right priorities.


    • Ability to drive change, create a positive team culture and communicate at all levels both internally and externally.


    • A proven track record of providing great customer service.


    • The ability to build positive working relationships with colleagues at all levels and across various teams.
