    Fixed income specialist? Why not join the trading desk for a Hedge Fund known for building positions around you?

    It'll be no surprise that you will be making a huge impact on the trading desk. You'll be working closely alongside traders every day to help with system outputs, perform pre-trading checks, and monitor off-market levels.

    More importantly, you'll be acting as the bridge between traders and the market data/tech team. It's the perfect time to join, with a range of new projects being launched and new products being traded.

    As the job title suggests, you'll need to be a fixed-income expert. Perhaps you were a trader yourself in the past but now want to focus more on the data side of things whilst still developing your own tools for trading. You will be focussing on all types of fixed income data and systems, applying your knowledge to solve problems, and even encouraging the team to come up with new ideas if needed.

    Aside from the fixed income knowledge, you'll need to have strong development skills in either Python or C#, along with excellent SQL and VBA/Excel skills. From the market data side of things, Bloomberg is a must.

    You are bringing in a range of experience, so you will be fairly compensated. The starting salary is up to £150,000 on the base + bonus that's reflective of your performance. This is open to all levels of experience, as long as you are a fixed-income expert.
