Do you have advanced Excel skills and are fully literate in Microsoft Office 365
MacGregor Black is currently partnered with a
DIY/Homewares SME retail business
on the search for an
Accounts Payable Assistant . This is a part-time role (3 days a week) based in
Central London.
Key responsibilities
Process invoices on time for supplier payments.nCheck supplier statements, reconciling any issues quickly.nMonthly Trade Creditors balance sheet reconciliationnOverall responsibility for maintaining the controls around purchase processesnRecord bank transactions accurately in ERP systemnBank reconciliations in multiple currencies.nArrange payments efficiently.nSolve any unexpected reconciliation issues.
What are we looking for?
Prior experience in transactional/AP rolenExperience with bookkeeping in foreign currencynExcel skills (pivots, lookups, tables)nFully literate with Microsoft Office 365nKeen attention to detailnVery good communications skills (both verbal and written)nFully accountable for areas of responsibilitynAble to meet deadlines and able to work on own initiativenPositive and resilient attitudenExperience with Business Central – BC365 (desirable, not essential)
