    Water Treatment Technician/Maintenance Operative

    Company Overview:

    We are working with a reputable facilities management company specializing in maintaining high standards of water quality and building maintenance in Central London.

    With a commitment to excellence and sustainability, they are seeking a dedicated Water Treatment Technician/Maintenance Operative to join their team.


    As a Water Treatment Technician/Maintenance Operative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the optimal functioning of water systems and overall building maintenance in Central London.

    Conducting regular testing of PH levels and legionella testing to ensure water quality compliance.


    • Performing basic plumbing tasks and addressing maintenance issues promptly.
    • Operating within a mobile position, utilizing provided van and fuel card to travel to various sites across Central London.
    • Adhering to schedules and completing tasks efficiently within Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM working hours.
    Previous experience in water treatment or building maintenance roles preferred.


    • Basic knowledge of plumbing and maintenance procedures.
    • Full UK driving license required.
    Competitive basic salary of £30,000 per annum.
