- Be responsible for the creation and delivery of an exciting programme of personal development activities and events to enhance student experience, as well as develop their essential life and personal skills, including health, wellbeing and learning opportunities.
- Ensure personal development activities are available to all learners and work with learners to understand key topics and themes.
- Liaise with curriculum managers and tutors to ensure learners access appropriate personal development opportunities for their individual learner journey.
- You will have experience working within an educational environment and/or with young people, ideally within a Further Education/Post 16 environment
- You will have qualifications in English and Maths at Level 2 (GCSE) or equivalent
- You will have a Level 2 qualification in Guidance/Counselling or similar
- Access to local government pension
- Up to 41 days of annual leave per year including closure during the Christmas period
