    Description


    Are you currently looking for a Health and Social CareTeacher role within an exciting environment where you will be supported and treated like a valuable member of staff?Are you an enthusiastic, passionate, and motivated teacher looking to work in an Ofsted 'Good' School in Hereford as a Health and Social CareTeacher?You will be joining a dynamic Health and Social Caredepartment where you will be able to teach to KS3/4.

    This position would suit either an ECT Health and Social CareTeacher or a more experienced Health and Social CareTeacher seeking an opportunity for professional development.

    The school has an excellent reputation locally and in the wider community for academic achievement and the quality of its pastoral care and support.

    They have a comprehensive intake which reflects the diversity of the local community. The most recent Ofsted inspection was in 2020, when the school was judged to be 'Good' in all areas.

    A feature of the inspection report was the inclusive nature of the school and the sense of community felt by staff and students.

    Inspectors commented that staff were overwhelmingly positive about the support that they receive from leaders and on how friendly and welcoming the school is for staff.

    The needs of their students are paramount, and this is recognised by all staff, who have a common view that only the best is good enough.

    They have a commitment to sharing good practice in developing leaders, teachers, and support staff.
    Experience and Qualifications required for this Health and Social Care Teacher position.
