    Customer Account ManagerAlexander Steele are working exclusively with a globally successful alcoholic spirits business. The business have a portfolio of market leading brands, and they are enjoying a significant period of growth.
    They are expanding their On Trade sales team.

    Field Based – South CoastUp to £40k + car allow + 20% bonus + benefitsKey Responsibilities:

    management of a portfolio of customer accounts to meet and exceed budgeted volume and value salesdistribution of our portfolio and grow rate of sale within a large and diverse customer base, developing robust JBPs/JMPsour brands by creating and executing innovative in-outlet activation, striving to secure maximum visibility of our brandsand develop relationships with key customers and groups within your territory, becoming the go-to supplierand educate in outlet team members to deliver perfect serves and collaborate to create new and exciting cocktails, delivering increase ROSseek out new business opportunities to grow your on-trade customer baseand deliver insight to the business on weekly and monthly customer performance, drive action from this and deliver incremental growthaccurate internal communication to supply team re promotions/activations/changes to distribution are kept up to datefunctional working within the UK business and international departments.

    excellent product knowledge and critically be aware of all market trends across beers wines and spiritsExperience and skills required:2 years' experience in sales, marketing, or related field within the on-tradedrinks experience and use in cocktails would be advantageousand ambitious self-starter with the ability to achieve targets and effectively organise own work schedulecommunication skills (both written and oral)commercial/financial understanding, together with intellect and curiosity to interpret performance, recommending appropriate actionsto manage projects and multi-task whilst building strong and positive relationships at all levels (internal and external)managing some key accounts, building strong commercial relationshipsto flourish with minimal guidance, being pro active and able to handle uncertaintyin Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPointabout spirits and wines
