- Lead and manage the architectural design process, ensuring high-quality and innovative designs that meet client requirements and industry standards.
- Collaborate with clients, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand project goals, budgets, and timelines.
- Utilise CAD software and other design tools to create accurate and detailed architectural drawings, renderings, and models.
- Review and evaluate architectural designs to ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and specifications.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to the CAD team, ensuring their professional development and growth.
- Coordinate with contractors and construction teams during the construction phase to ensure that design intent is maintained.
- Collaborate with project managers and other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination throughout the design process.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in architecture and CAD design.
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field Master's degree is a plus.
- Must possess excellent 3D CAD modelling skills – using Autodesk Inventor.
- Good knowledge of parametric control /iLogic would be an advantage.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design, with a focus on CAD software.
