    Role Title: Insight Products Manager

    Are you passionate about leading transformative projects in the realm of machine learning? Do you thrive in a dynamic environment where innovation and excellence take centre stage? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as the Insight Products Manager.

    Role Purpose: As the Insight Products Manager, you will spearhead the delivery and support of our company's machine-learning products. Your role will be pivotal in managing the technical architecture, governance, and support frameworks of these products, ensuring compliance with company policies. You will be responsible for implementing processes, ways of working, and governance structures related to ML products, ensuring that everyone follows them effectively.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Product Lifecycle Management: Design and manage the lifecycle management and MLOps process for all insight products. Technical Pattern Strategy: Own the technical architecture for delivering insight patterns. Insight Architecture: Oversee and optimize technical architecture across all machine-learning products. Quality Management: Ensure all insight products meet necessary governance and quality standards. Stakeholder Management: Engage with product owners and teams to assure insight products according to company policies. People Management: Lead and inspire a small team to deliver their full potential. Process Management: Develop efficient policies and procedures, integrating new governance frameworks as required. Change Management: Lead the upskilling of the department in product lifecycle management practice.

    Skills and Capabilities:

    Experience in product lifecycle management techniques, including implementing processes, ways of working, and governance structures related to ML products. Comfortable challenging and influencing directors and senior managers. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including advanced Excel skills.

    Qualifications and Experience:

    Numeric Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Sciences, or equivalent (Desirable). Expertise in delivering and operating in a product-oriented framework.
