    Our team in Leeds currently has an opening for a Project Sales Support Coordinator – Value Added Services (m/f/d)

    YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Train sales team in each EMEA region on Value Added Services
  • Collaboratewith the sales team to identify and qualify sales opportunities.
  • Assist in the preparation of project proposals, presentations, and salescollateral.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to gather necessary information andresources for proposals.
  • Conduct research to gather market intelligence and identify potential leads.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, andproject details.
  • Provide support to sales representatives by responding to inquiries andaddressing customer concerns.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of sales documentation, includingcontracts and agreements.
  • Participate in sales meetings and provide updates on project status and salespipeline.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of productsand services to customers.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market developments toidentify growth opportunities.
  • Pharma Value Added Services-Train sales team in each EMEA region on Value Added Services

    YOUR PROFILE

  • Bachelor'sdegree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales support, project coordination, or a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-pacedenvironment.
