    Description

    We are currently searching for a new member to our administration team.

    This will be a full time position, reporting directly to the Sales and Office Manager.

    Hours of work:

    8am to 3pm - 1st April – 15th September

    8am to 4pm - 16th September – 31st March (hours may vary slightly)

    Main Duties of Job:

    · Process written and verbal orders

    · Deal with a variety of different queries from customers/suppliers

    · Ensure all orders are entered on the correct account

    · Processing order to invoice correctly and sending to customer

    · Covering other administration roles for holidays/sickness.

    · Taking incoming calls and forwarding to the correct department

    · Assist with adhoc duties necessary to the smooth running of the company

    · Completing spreadsheets in a timely manner.

    Key Skills/Duties

    · Numerate and literate

    · Good communication skills – verbal and written

    · PC Literate – must have experience in Excel

    · Good organisational skills

    · Must be looking for a long term position
