- Deliver exciting brand plans and events
- Manage the marketing database and email distribution
- Assist with training, development and multi skilling of the wider marketing team
- Oversee the production of all physical and digital marketing materials
- Monitor competitor activities, review marketing strategy and suggest improvements
- Work closely and communicate effectively with other department heads
- Organise and oversee advertising/communication campaigns and promotional events
- Conduct market research, analyse and evaluate trends and brand awareness
- Write copy for a diverse range of marketing materials
- Monitor progress of campaigns and update team on performance
- Passionate about marketing and the drinks industry
- Experience in a marketing executive role or similar
- Good understanding of market research techniques, data and statistical analysis
- Knowledge of marketing best practice
- Familiarity with social media and web analytics
- Creativity and commercial understanding and awareness
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- A great communicator who works well in a team
