    Description


    Are you an ambitious finance professional with experience working on sales ledgers and in credit control?Three Bridges Recruitment are looking to recruit an Accounts Receivable Assistant with great technical knowledge, and excellent communication skills, to assist a tight knit finance team working for a well-known organisation in Dunfermline.

    The position will be a 6-month contract to help reduce aged debt and ensure smooth Accounts Receivable operation for the foreseeable.

    Salary circa £25,000 One day working from the office a weekExceptional annual leave policyPet friendly officeExcellent discounts on company related servicesJobThe role of Accounts Receivable Assistant will give you the opportunity to be involved with the following:Bad debt provision preparation and posting journal into accounting systemWorking with a Debt Collection agency to oversee customer debts, including dealing with client queries and legal instructionsManaging Customer discountsMaking refund payments to customersAllocating cash received to customer accountsDebt reportingManaging Finance mailbox (shared task)

    Ad hoc project work to improve processesYouAs an Accounts Receivable Assistant, you will be skilled &/or qualified in the following:

    Experience in a similar role essentialExperience working in credit control desirableGreat communicator Problem solver Ability to get started right away meaning a good understanding of accounting basics and ExcelAt Three Bridges Recruitment, two of our values are "striving for brilliance" and "relatability".
