    Senior Product Designer (B2B), Up to £75,000 + equity, Hybrid in London

    Senior Product Designer sought for a fast-growth and innovative tech startup based in London, who are on a mission to modernize the relationship between businesses and the public sector through their unique SaaS platform. This well-funded scaling company who put their people at the heart of what they do, are looking to bolster their design team due to a new upcoming product build focused on AI and modern data tools.

    As a Senior Product Designer, you will get to be the face of the new product, taking it from 0-1, establishing product market fit and working closely with customers to understand what matters most to them and creating prototype and design to move it forward.

    The Senior Product Designer will head up the new launch, creating AI empowering solutions for users pains and working through the end to end design process for projects.

    This role is offering up to £75,000 with an options equity grant worth 20-40% of salary + 25 days holiday, hybrid working, generous wfh budget, health cash plan and many other benefits

    In return for:

    • Solid experience, 4+ years as a Product designer (bonus if you've been designing digital B2B SaaS products)
    • Strong experience creating desktop first digital experiences
    • Customer centric (at least one position that has involved considering customer pain points and working through their needs)
    • End to end product design – able to work through design problems from beginning to end transforming insights from research into concepts
    • Clear evidence of ability to conduct research to inform design decisions for the team
    • Experience creating polished high fidelity mockups, interactive prototypes
    • A passion for problem solving and coming up with solutions
    • Great communication skills
