    Job Description

    Main Responsibilities of the role include:

  • Support the sales team through all aspects of the sales cycle.
  • Manage and lead RFP responses and customer presentations.
  • Providing thought leadership and engagement with Salesforce including hosting and attending workshops.
  • Lead and participate in Discovery workshops and high-level scoping calls.
  • Familiar with business requirements analysis, solution design, prototyping, technical specification and platform configuration in line with best practices.
  • Ability to understand a customer's business requirements and how to map them to a technical solution.
  • Collaborate closely with sales and delivery teams to help identify and close sales opportunities.
  • Ability to prioritise and execute multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • An ability to communicate information to technical and non-technical stakeholders in a way that is easy to understand.
  • Be willing to travel to London to support customer meetings (approximately 10-20%).
  • Qualifications

  • 3-5 years in a similar type pre-sales role within the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Industry specific knowledge in one or more of: Financial Services, Manufacturing, Automotive & Travel, Retail & Consumer Goods.
