    Description

    For at understøtte Perfions kraftige vækst søger vi en dygtig konsulent til at støtte vores nordiske team.

    Ligesom vores andre konsulenter er du en hybrid, der både har teknisk indsigt, kan tale værdier og processer og samtidig også er i stand til at hjælpe vores kunder med implementering af et Product Information Management-system.

    Som International Solution Consultant skal du

    • Implementere Perfion hos kunder i de tilfælde, hvor vi endnu ikke har en partner, der kan løse opgaven.
    • Sammen med vores sælgere og partnere hjælpe vores kunder – og dem, der ikke er kunder endnu – med at forstå, hvordan Perfion kan skabe værdi – eller endnu mere værdi - for dem.
    • Uddanne og understøtte vores kunder og partnere i brugen af PIM-løsningerne – dels i dagligdagen og dels gennem periodevise kursusaktiviteter for såvel samarbejdspartnere som slutbrugere.


    Vi søger således en person, som kan

    • Implementere løsninger hos kunder i implementeringsprojekter med både analyse, design, implementering og projektledelse
    • Præsentere løsningen på online-webinarer og on-site-demonstrationer.
    • Kommunikere på en troværdig og behagelig måde med både ledelsen, marketing- og it-afdelingen hos kunderne
    • Gå teknisk i dybden med implementeringer, hvor dette er påkrævet.

    Det er vigtigt, at du har en intuitiv forståelse for databaser og processer samt evnen og lysten til at bore dig ned i til tider komplicerede emner.

    Vi søger en teknisk profil som har indsigt i mange teknologier, f.eks. Headless commerce, AI, json/REST m.fl.

    Det vil være en fordel, at du besidder særlig indsigt i Magento, Shopware og Shopify

    Det er samtidig en fordel hvis du har erfaring i at præsentere løsninger ("presales") samt at lave teknisk undervisning til ikke-tekniske brugere.

    Vi har kontor i Aalborg Ø, og dette bliver din primære arbejdsplads, når du ikke besøger kunder. Du har mulighed for at arbejde hjemmefra engang imellem, men forventes hovedsagelig at arbejde på kontoret i Aalborg, hvor udvikling, support og marketing også holder til.


    Tekniske kompetencer

    Det er en fordel, hvis du har kendskab til flere af disse områder:

    • Perfion, på et teknisk niveau, bl.a. Actions og integrationer
    • CMS og e-commerce systemer og deres API, f.eks. Magento, Shopware og Shopify
    • XML og XSLT
    • ERP-systemer, specielt Dynamics D365, AX eller NAV
    • Amazon, ETIM, GS1 eller andre kanaler og standard klassifikationer

    Du skal være flydende på dansk og engelsk i skrift og tale, da meget af dit arbejde er i samarbejde med vores konsulenter i Benelux, England, Tyskland og USA.
