IT Services is a friendly, vibrant and fast-moving department with a focus on delivering excellent customer service and high-quality digital technology services to our staff and students.
We now seek to appoint an experienced Corporate Application Analyst to join the Corporate Solutions Team and provide support for a wide range of corporate applications.
The Corporate Solutions Team play a crucial role in the development, administration and support of business critical corporate applications. The team also supports an ongoing Digital Transformation Programme seeking to modernise a wide range of systems including projects related to student records, data integration and workflows, data warehouse, student engagement, digital assistant, CRM, cloud and business intelligence.
Reporting to the Corporate Solutions Manager you will work in a demanding environment so you'll need to be a competent, self-motivated individual who can work under pressure to deliver excellent outcomes.
You will resolve escalated 2nd line incidents and requests, engage with stakeholders to understand business requirements and work with colleagues to translate these into deliverable solutions. Therefore you should possess good analytical and problem solving skills alongside excellent communication skills that enable you to confidently interact with a broad range of stakeholders.
